We collect only the information reasonably needed to answer your enquiry, plan your trip and operate services you ask us to arrange.
When you contact Tour Varanasi through our website, email, telephone or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, nationality or country of residence, travel dates, number of travellers, hotel preferences, mobility or dietary requirements and other details relevant to your journey.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare itineraries and quotations, confirm travel arrangements, communicate operational information and provide support connected with a potential or confirmed booking.
For a confirmed journey, we may share the limited information required by a hotel, guide, driver, boat operator, ticketing provider or other service partner involved in delivering your arrangements. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or unrelated marketing companies.
Our website hosting and form-processing providers may technically process enquiry information in order to transmit or store a form submission. They are used only as part of operating the website and handling your request.
We will not add you to promotional communication merely because you requested a quotation. If we later offer an optional newsletter or marketing update, you can choose whether to subscribe and can opt out at any time.
