Clear booking terms

Simple cancellation rules.

We prefer cancellation terms that are easy to understand before you book.

Packages including a hotelIf your Tour Varanasi package includes hotel accommodation, you may cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date and receive a complete refund of the amount paid to us for that booking.
Transport, guide and local services onlyIf your booking is only for services such as private transport, a guide, boat arrangements or local sightseeing and does not include a hotel, you may cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a complete refund of the amount paid to us for that booking.

How to cancel

Please email tours@tourvaranasi.com or contact us on the WhatsApp/phone number shown in your confirmation. Please mention the lead traveller's name and arrival date so we can identify the booking quickly. The cancellation time is counted from when your written cancellation is received by Tour Varanasi.

After the free-cancellation window

If a cancellation reaches us after the applicable free-cancellation deadline, we will tell you what can still be recovered before processing the cancellation. Any amount that has already become non-refundable with a confirmed supplier may be retained only to the extent applicable to that booking.

Changes caused by local operating conditions

River levels, weather, traffic controls, temple security, monument opening, festival arrangements and government instructions can occasionally change how a service operates. Where something cannot be delivered as originally planned, we will make a practical alternative arrangement wherever reasonably possible.

Travel documents and insurance

Travellers remain responsible for passports, visas, permits and personal travel insurance applicable to their journey. We recommend travel insurance for medical emergencies, disruption and other unexpected circumstances.

The written inclusions, price and any special conditions stated in your confirmed quotation remain part of your booking. For questions before payment, please ask us and we will clarify them in writing.
