This is a trustworthy and professional tour operator. I booked a three day package as a solo female traveler with them and they were always super responsive during preparation. I received a nice and comprehensive itinerary before, that was also adjusted to my requests. I could also ask some questions about accommodation (which I preferred to book myself) and they were happy to help. Airport pickup was on time and after arriving at the hotel I met my guide Mr. Bharat. I had the same guide and driver for the entire trip which gave me much comfort. My guide was very knowledgeable, very respectful and always watched out for me. When you walk through Varanasi traffic can be dangerous. I had even asked whether they can go to a phone shop with me so I could get an Indian SIM card and they helped me with everything.
I dod not expect that, but I loved Varanasi so much, I hope I will return. Of course I would book with Tour Varanasi again. I truly recommend this company!

Our private guide Bharat offered extensive knowledge in the religious and historical history of India (Varanasi) We had amazing views of both sunrise and sunset ceremonies along the Ganges. Transportation was professional and catered to whatever we wanted to see. We would have preferred a hotel closer to the river. But getting there was an adventure in itself! There was time to roam the backstreets under the guidance of Bharat, who frequently offered his fascinating insight.

Varanasi is so sacred and special, it’s well worth getting a guide who will take you around and help you to understand why the city is so sacred. Bharat our guide was lovely, always on time to pick us up, gave us an abundance of interesting information and was fun to be around. It was nice that you would do something with him
for a few hours, but then be dropped back at your hotel to relax for a few hours before going out with him again. The Arti ceremony by the river was a big highlight as the tour allowed us to have great seats to watch it. Would highly recommend.

I enjoyed my experience with Tour Varanasi. Once contact was made via email, Vimal was very responsive via WhatsApp and put together an itinerary for me. My tour guide Bharat was lovely and knowledgeable and further customised the itinerary to my needs as I wanted to see the hot air balloon glowing by the Ganges one evening. I felt well taken care of as a solo female traveller and Vimal had also organised a pick up and drop off with taxi driver and guide who greeted me at the airport exit. Very good and corteous service at a very reasonable price compared to other operators, and I can highly recommend Tour Varanasi.
