Zafar Adeeb
Zafar looks after much of the planning before a guest arrives. He responds to enquiries, prepares itineraries, coordinates hotel reservations and brings the individual parts of a journey together. His role is to make sure the programme is practical, well timed and suited to the traveller’s interests before the on-ground team takes over.
Abhishek Paul
Abhishek is often one of the first members of our team a guest meets in Varanasi. He receives travellers at the airport or railway station, assists with hotel check-in and explains the programme for the days ahead. That personal welcome helps first-time visitors settle into the city comfortably and know exactly what to expect.
Sujeet Anand
Sujeet is one of our principal guides and accompanies guests through Varanasi’s sightseeing and local experiences. He helps explain the history, rituals, neighbourhoods and everyday traditions behind what visitors are seeing, rather than simply reciting monument names and dates. He also adjusts the pace and route when local conditions or guest interests call for it.
Bhavna Singh
Bhavna stays connected with guests while their journey is underway. She helps with on-ground communication, follows up on daily arrangements, assists when something needs attention and works with the team to resolve issues quickly. She also collects guest feedback, helping us understand what worked well and where a future journey can be improved.
